Kreiner stated that leadership is the process of influencing others, in which a leader encouraging their men, are involved and participate willingly in order to achieve organizational goals. While Hersey added that leadership is an attempt to influence another individual or group. A leader must combine the elements of self power, authority-owned, personality traits and social skills to be able to influence the behavior of others.

Leadership style is a habit that is applied by a leader in running the authority as leader. Leadership style is usually born out of the background and the environment in which leaders are born and grow as a leader, the characteristics and traits that follow charismatic strength and intensity that exist in that leader.

Leadership Style

Basically, in every style of leadership there are 2 main elements: the element of directives (directive behavior) and the element of support (supporting behavior) and of two elements, the style of leadership can be grouped into 4 groups: autocracy (directing), coaching (coaching), democracy (supporting), and control-free (delegating).

1.      In the autocratic leadership style, leaders control all aspects of activities.

2.      Coaching leadership style, similar to the autocracy, where a leader is still indicate targets to be achieved and how to achieve those goals. However, at this leadership members were invited to participate in solving the problem at hand.

3.      On the democratic leadership, a leader shows only targets to be achieved only, on how to achieve these goals, members who decide. In addition, members are also given the flexibility to solve his problems.

4.      Control-free leadership style, a leader shows only the main target to be achieved alone. Each division or section be given full trust to determine the minor goals, how to achieve goals, and to solve its problems on its own. Therefore, leaders only act as observers only.

One of the things that stand out along the Barrack Obama campaign are: the slogans that had been buzzed by him;

"Change We belive In"...."Change We Need"....and "Yes We Can!".

The slogans that indicated, that he will be ready to lead America in the face of change. This slogan seemed to be positioning the powerful; because it is 'change' is what coveted U.S. society is today. Further 'green economy' that echoed Obama, also one of hope 'change' that can make the world better. In essence, the U.S. public wants change in various aspects of life, and Obama is the proper representation of the 'change' issue.

After a positive win the U.S. election, a few days later Obama trantition Government published a web: change.gov, where through the site he was trying to gather the voices of the people. Through these sites, the U.S. public can submit feedback in the form of suggestions or criticism, to the U.S. they desire in the future.

Communication Skill

Obama is a brilliant orator, charismatic and have ability to convince the masses to believe it. In addition to communicating directly, Obama is also superior in the use of Web 2.0 communication. Mastery of Web 2.0 is an important key to Obama's campaign victory, which increased its popularity online. Facebook and Twitter are two tools that are exploited during the campaign and its relationship with the supporters.

Unique Puppet Playing Cards

Recently I unintentionally browsing and found playing cards, bearing the puppet, funny and interesting, very creative.  There is a Bali puppet picture,  there Sundanese puppet picture, and there are also Joyja puppet picture.

Indeed, the creative industries in recent years become an issue that often campaigned and held by the government, almost every year, there's always an exhibition of handicrafts at the Jakarta Convention Center, Indonesia, where assembled various handicrafts, very interesting and not too expensive. City Adventure by Public Bus with your kids

My Five Great Sons

Who says kids do not like to ride public buses? I just love invites my kids to travel during holidays. I forget when exactly, as I recall, that day is Friday. Because we had stopped at Masjid Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, for Friday prayers. We eat and play on the Train Café-Pondok Indah Mall, eat at kfc, continue straight to the Bekasi attend my nephew's birthday celebration, a cousin of my children. At that time, my wife was training in the office, and she followed in the afternoon to the Bekasi-West Java.

Jakarta is indeed a big and crowded city, so if it feels weird not jammed roads, so the government many times to find a solution there is simply no significant change. One solution is the busway, although many of the cons, the busway is still in operation, currently has 10 tracks that served the busway, want to know more? Better to just look straight to Jakarta. For me, the busway quite helpful, frankly I "somewhat agree" with the busway, even though its management is still not good. I am pro the people most about traffic, not to the highway just to enjoy the rich, they can be comfortable with comfortable air-conditioned car, but not burdened with a proportional tax, try to remember! They have contributed to pollution fuel, waste oil, etc., but always protested his tax if big, bad ..

Ok, obviously, me and the kids enjoy the busway, spacious, air-conditioned, and too fast, even though 2 times and have to transit through the third track busway to get to the mall lovely cottage, happened on Friday was pretty quiet, and the kids could sit without having to scramble. I could see the smiles of my kids and in depth, they are not jealous of the private motorist, keep the spirit and energetic, all of it certainly should give us an insight and understanding to them. Enjoy it, give information during the trip about the city of Jakarta, and inadequate their stomachs with good food and drinks, we called it: "City Adventure".

In this life, we must seriously live it, but we sometimes also need pleasant surprises, though it is beyond our previous plan. Admittedly, the holiday by planning it would be better, but the opportunity to enjoy the holidays with the family does not come many times, It can occur abruptly and spontaneously.  Holidays would be more striking in the heart when we enjoy it in a loose, natural and pretending. For us, that's true vacation bliss. Keep in mind, the holidays do require big money and money is very important, but the happy impression gained is far more important for the integrity and harmony of the family.  To save money, vacations do not have in distant places and famous, all around us there must be amazing places we've never visited, and can be a fun vacation spot.

 A week ago, my wife and I, and my two sons on vacation to Sepah Island, one of the islands in the Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta, Indonesia, rent a speed boat with a capacity of 10-20 adults.  We went there without a plan. In the morning, we visited the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, and around 11:00 we were together brother, brother in law, mother, nephew, all around 10 adults plus 10 children aged 2-7 years, decided to cross the island, with no clear information, where and what's going on there, we just want to relax and have fun with family.

 It's been eight years have passed, when my wife and I vacation in 'Tidung Island', is still in an administrative area of Kepulauan Seribu, there are many homes of people living on the island, so that all the needs of food, lodging, and shopping seafood, still affordable and cheap. We assume everywhere we go in the Kepulauan Seribu region, probably still the same condition. We headed for the speed boat dock at Marina Ancol, and rented it for five million rupiah.

 We only asked the captain where the island is still a good destination, and the captain directed us to ' Sepah Island '.  12 pm, approximately 80 minutes we arrived, we were very amazed, it turns out we missed estimates, we expect ordinary island, and was very nice, clean, and many foreign tourists there, from their skin, we guess they were from Australia, America or Europe, also from Japan or China as well as India, they play, diving, banana boat ride and boat motors.  Unfortunately there is no photo that we took from them.

 Sepah Island is not big, quiet, and it turns out there were only cottages and homes of employees, equipped with restaurants plus live music, as well as rinse water in the vicinity of the beach.  Actually, we were a bit surprised because it was charged 70,000 rupiah per person, and we were offered a buffet lunch with 80,000 per - person price, my wife and I a little confused because we still have relied on our experience in the ' Tidung Island ' which is still inhabited by people of the island, after we asked questions, it turns out Sepah Island was created as a tourist island.  Then we discuss and decide to eat lunch at another island, we hope there are still inhabited island community that provides fresh seafood and cheap.

Until 3 pm, we were happy to play, volleyball, swimming, diving, and joking on the beach.  Clean beaches and clear water, perfect for families and honeymoon.  As far as 300 meters into the sea, the color looks different beaches, white-green-blue, very beautiful, but we did not venture too far because the limit 'seabed in' pretty close.

  We continue our visit to another island for lunch because we do not stock a lot, and can not starve us too long, then we directed captain to a small island which is expanded ( reclaimed ), there are many fish cages of various kinds, named Nusa Keramba Island and still a territory with Pramuka Island.  On this island, there is only the central management of fish and sea restaurant, we ordered a variety of seafood with various spices, is delicious, fresh and much cheaper than restaurant Ancol or on land.  Almost an hour we ate together, and we were soon back for fear of rain and strong winds, Time 5.30 pm, we arrived back at the dock Marina Ancol, exhausting and fun.

 We were impressed with Indonesia, even to regions near anything, the sea is still good, we think only of Bali, Lombok, W Island in Aceh, Bunaken, Wakatobi or Bintan Island which have looks nice, turned out in Jakarta still save the landscape and marine products are good and beautiful.  Thanks God.
