A leader must combine the elements of self power, authority-owned, personality traits and social skills to be able to influence the behavior of others.
Leadership style is a habit that is applied by a leader in running the authority as leader. Leadership style is usually born out of the background and the environment in which leaders are born and grow as a leader, the characteristics and traits that follow charismatic strength and intensity that exist in that leader.

1. In the autocratic leadership style, leaders control all aspects of activities.
2. Coaching leadership style, similar to the autocracy, where a leader is still indicate targets to be achieved and how to achieve those goals. However, at this leadership members were invited to participate in solving the problem at hand.
3. On the democratic leadership, a leader shows only targets to be achieved only, on how to achieve these goals, members who decide. In addition, members are also given the flexibility to solve his problems.
4. Control-free leadership style, a leader shows only the main target to be achieved alone. Each division or section be given full trust to determine the minor goals, how to achieve goals, and to solve its problems on its own. Therefore, leaders only act as observers only.

Through these sites, the U.S. public can submit feedback in the form of suggestions or criticism, to the U.S. they desire in the future.
